SERVPRO—and Joe in particular—was absolutely fantastic to work with. We had a minor mold issue that needed immediate remediation so it did not turn into a major mold issue for the buyers of our house. We learned of the problem one week before our scheduled closing, and contacted Joe immediately to see if there were any way SERVPRO could squeeze us in (not only was this during the holiday season, but our area is experiencing a building boom that means it is almost impossible to schedule anyone on short—or even what would have been normal—notice).
