Our basement was recently flooded. We called them to come help with the cleanup and they were here immediately. After the cleanup, we signed a contract to have them do the reconstruction. They worked with our insurance company and came back and completed the job. The painting, the drywalling and the carpet laying were all done so nicely. We love how the house turned out.
The associates/technicians were so professional, kind, and friendly in putting my basement back in order, after a sump pump fail. They were very focused on their task, and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. I would like to recognize Kirk, Miguel, Christina, and Louie, along with Dan, who was my primary contact. If I could give more than 5 stars I surely would. Project manager Dan Brym was fabulous and so on top of things. Kept me informed everyday of what was done and what time and who would be there the next day. He was calming and addressed everything as fast as could be done. Louie, Collin, Tom, Justin and Kirk all were so meticulous and caring about the tasks they were completing. Everyday they cleaned up and left things as neat as possible. Collin was a great team leader and you can tell he really cares about the job. I can not say enough about the great experience I had with this team.
