An honest 5 star review for ServPro - St Paul Central West - I would highly recommend ServPro if you are looking for fast response and excellent remediation work - Special thanks go to the Team Leads of the two crews who got the team there, diagnosed the issues competed the remediation and promptly filed documentation for the insurance company. - Crew 1 Lead - Ted Yanish - Crew 2 Lead - Carlos Fragoso & Crew 2 Demolition - Jesus & Johnathan **************************** Detail - The filter on the front load washing machine was not screwed in completely and water was pouring out of the front of the washer for approximately 35 minutes before it was noticed. This was the morning of Thursday, 7/9. After the water we was shut off we did a little clean up of the water that could be seen and then called ServPro. The remediation team showed up within 2 hours! Damage was limited to the laundry room and the finished basement below the laundry room The initial remediation was completed and documented within another 3 hours of their arrival. The next day it was learned that the first team that had completed the work on Thursday was sent to Iowa to handle emergency remediation after large storms. A second team arrived on Friday, 7/10 and completed setting up dehumidifiers, fans, and the plastic to isolate the area in the basement where sheetrock needed removal. Protective film was laid down on the floor and stairs used to access the damaged areas. The second team supervisor returned on Monday, 7/13 to check on the progress of the drying. Things were progressing well except for the floor under the linoleum in the laundry room. A call was placed to the Insurance company for approval to remove the linoleum to dry the wood floor. Approval was given and the floor linoleum was removed on Tuesday 7/14 by the second team. Wednesday. 7/15 the second team returned. The floor and most of the sheet rock dried so the damaged sheetrock was removed, the area was cleaned up and ready for repairs. The initial remediation was completed in 6 days after the accident. => Again, thanks to the Team Leads who identified the problem areas, set up the remediation and filed the documentation with the insurance companies.

Jonathan and Jesús did excellent work in removing drywall and setting up the mold remediation after a pipe leaked in our basement. They were very professional and clean. They put up plastic and vacuumed so the dust would not go everywhere. They wore shoe covers and also covered the floor. Carlos also was excellent and is professional and communicates well.

Great experience in a less than ideal situation

ServPro came recommended to us from our insurance company, which normally we would want to find our own contractor, but for a complete kitchen remodel that we hadn’t planned for, it would have been nearly impossible to get the work started quickly. We had water damage in our kitchen and it was an extensive rebuild. Asbestos removal, complete demo down to the studs. We now have a beautiful kitchen. Everyone we dealt with at ServPro was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We had a pretty clear vision of what we wanted and they delivered. They were also very good about steering us in the right direction in numerous areas. It’s very stressful to go through such an extensive damage claim but ServPro helped make the rebuild a pleasant experience. We highly recommend them.

I met today with Eva Porras with Servpro today discussing our options for water mitigation at our building in Minnetonka.
