Meet our owner, Shaun Hickman. Shaun has a solid 20+ years in the restoration field. He has obrtained certifications in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structure Drying (ASD), Lead Renovator and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT.) When our owner is not in the field you can find him hunting and hanging out with family and friends. Like most Minnesotans in the winter, you would find him rippin’ around on snowmobiles.

As one of the owners of SERVPRO of Little Falls, Sauk Centre, Onamia, Valerie plays an integral role in guiding the company’s vision, growth, and commitment to excellence. She is dedicated to supporting both customers and employees while helping ensure the organization delivers exceptional restoration, construction, and cleaning services. Her leadership and passion for serving the community help drive the company’s continued success.

Mathew is the General Manager at SERVPRO. He oversees the daily operations of the company, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and customers receive exceptional service. Trinity is the Production Manager at SERVPRO. He oversees the planning, scheduling, and execution of restoration projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Jake is the Admin Assistant at SERVPRO. He provides essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly. He assists with customer communication, scheduling, documentation, and office coordination, helping ensure projects stay organized and clients receive prompt, professional service.

Alex is a Construction Estimator at SERVPRO. He is responsible for evaluating project scopes, preparing accurate repair and reconstruction estimates, and coordinating with clients, insurance carriers, and our production team. His attention to detail and industry expertise help ensure every project is planned efficiently, budgeted accurately, and completed to the highest standards.

Christine is a Contents Technician at SERVPRO. She specializes in the careful handling, cleaning, inventory, packing, and restoration of customers' personal belongings following fire, water, and other property damage events. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality help ensure treasured items are properly cared for and returned to their owners in the best possible condition.
