Both are highly certified, with Colin holding credentials in IICRC, WTR, ASD, OSHA 10, and FSRT, while Kyle is also extensively trained in industry best practices. Ashley, our Customer Success Manager, brings her outgoing personality and expert skills to both our marketing outreach and customer care. She seamlessly balances her time between leading our marketing initiatives and guiding our valued residential and commercial clients through the entire restoration process.
