Meet our owner, Shaun Hickman. Shaun has a solid 20+ years in the restoration field. He has obrtained certifications in Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structure Drying (ASD), Lead Renovator and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT.) When our owner is not in the field you can find him hunting and hanging out with family and friends. Like most Minnesotans in the winter, you would find him rippin’ around on snowmobiles.

As one of the owners of SERVPRO of Brainerd, Park Rapids, Walker, Valerie plays an integral role in guiding the company’s vision, growth, and commitment to excellence. She is dedicated to supporting both customers and employees while helping ensure the organization delivers exceptional restoration, construction, and cleaning services. Her leadership and passion for serving the community help drive the company’s continued success.

Mathew Anderson serves as the General Manager of SERVPRO of Brainerd, Park Rapids, and Walker and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, team leadership, and customer satisfaction across the territory. He works closely with production teams, office staff, and customers to ensure every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. With a focus on operational excellence, employee development, and exceptional service, Mat helps guide the continued growth and success of the franchise. His leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to serving the communities of Brainerd, Park Rapids, and Walker make him an invaluable part of the organization.

Title: Production Manager

Trinity has completed our extensive SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training also emphasizes listening skills, customer service, and exceeding our customer's expectations.

Certifications: Trinity is also certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning and Fire & Smoke Restoration. He has pledged to perform these services with skill, honesty, and integrity to provide the consumer with the highest standard of care and expertise per IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification).

Hobbies: In his spare time he enjoys playing guitar and singing in his band, the Minnesota outdoors, and spending time with his family. Trinity is also a member of a motorcycle group that does fundraising for local community organizations.

Jake serves as our Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Brainerd, Park Rapids, Walker and helps keep daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes. He supports multiple departments by assisting with scheduling, customer communication, data entry, documentation, and general office coordination. Jake's attention to detail and willingness to help wherever needed ensure that both our team and customers receive timely and efficient support. His organization, professionalism, and positive attitude make him a valuable member of our team and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Christine is a Contents Technician at SERVPRO of Brainerd, Park Rapids, Walker. She specializes in the careful handling, cleaning, inventory, packing, and restoration of customers' personal belongings following fire, water, and other property damage events. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality help ensure treasured items are properly cared for and returned to their owners in the best possible condition.

Dylan is a Restoration Technician at SERVPRO of Brainerd, Park Rapids, Walker. He works directly with customers to restore properties affected by water, fire, storm, and other types of damage. He performs mitigation and restoration services, monitors project progress, and helps ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to SERVPRO’s high standards of quality.
