They are very responsive and thorough with the work to be done. They are very nice people to work with. They met or exceeded my expectations in all areas. I didn't know what to expect. They were great and took care of everything, and I didn't have to do anything.
I had a fiberglass contamination from a bed-in-a-box (thanks Casper..) and I had no clue how to deal with it. After calling around, Josh agreed to come look at my case. They were so compassionate and kind. They promised me they would get my bedroom cleaned (couldn't afford the whole house unfortunately). Nikki and Mel came out today and did an outstanding job! They literally saved my life! I know from experience that fiberglass contamination is a scary situation with little known information so I hope that my review reaches people and people know that SERVPRO of St Clair Shores can help!!
