    • With over 20 years in the restoration industry and a master's certification in Fire and Water Restoration, Eric's expertise has been instrumental in the growth of our franchise.
    • He lives in Swartz Creek with his wife and they have two adult children.
    • Outside of work, Eric is passionate about cars, enjoys playing golf, and holds a black belt in karate.

    • Holding multiple IICRC certifications, Josh remains hands-on and isn't afraid to jump in on a job site when needed.

    • As a Restoration Technician, Bill was instrumental with large commercial mold remediation losses as well as other aspects of cleaning and restoration. In October 2020 he was promoted to Job File Coordinator, and recently was promoted again to Assistant Project Manager.
    • He keeps busy with family activities and enjoys sports, video games and comic books. He lives in North Muskegon with his wife and two kids.

Sunday at 2 AM, a huge tree limb fell off a giant white oak tree adjacent to our house. It bounced off the backyard and crashed into and through the wall of our second floor. On Monday, I called Servpro, and April immediately returned my call. By Monday afternoon, Servpro had contacted Great Lakes tree service who then sent a crew of four out led by Nick. They arrived at noon and were done removing the huge limb and all its accompanying branches by 1:30 PM. Since Monday, April has been in contact with me regularly. She and Will, who I believe is one of the managers, have been polite, informative, and helpful throughout this process. I am very thankful to have called Servpro for our repair. Not only am I 100% pleased with their service, but also I am thankful they chose to call Great Lakes tree service to remove our tree limb.
