COO

• Eric joined the SERVPRO system in March 2018 and expanded his portfolio in May 2024 by acquiring SERVPRO of Allendale and SERVPRO of Greater Holland, strengthening his presence across lower Michigan.
• With over 20 years in the restoration industry and a master's certification in Fire and Water Restoration, Eric's expertise has been instrumental in the growth of our franchise.
• He lives in Swartz Creek with his wife and they have two adult children.
• Outside of work, Eric is passionate about cars, enjoys playing golf, and holds a black belt in karate.

President

• Josh began his SERVPRO career in December 2012 at a franchise in Flint, MI. His entrepreneurial drive led him to franchise ownership in 2017, and he has since expanded his reach across lower Michigan, with his most recent acquisitions in May 2024.
• Holding multiple IICRC certifications, Josh remains hands-on and isn't afraid to jump in on a job site when needed.
• In his free time, he enjoys being out on the water or hitting the golf course.

General Manager

Office Manager

• Danielle joined the SERVPRO of Allendale and SERVPRO of Greater Holland team in June 2013.
• She has successfully completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program and has her IICRC Certification.
• Danielle has numerous job responsibilities that includes assisting with billing, itel sample submission, accounts payable and receivable.
• She lives in Norton Shores with her husband and two daughters. Danielle has been an equestrian for many years.

Digital Marketing Manager | Marketing Support Coordinator

• Molly has been with the SERVPRO of Allendale and SERVPRO of Greater Holland family since August 2020.
• With her long history in hospitality, event planning, customer service and marketing, Molly fits perfectly in her new role.
• She "bleeds green" in all aspects of her life being a proud graduate of Michigan State University, GO GREEN!
• In her down time, Molly enjoys being on the boat with her adorable son, husband, friends, and family, reading, and dancing. She lives in Spring Lake.

Structure + Personal Property Project Manager

• Justice joined the SERVPRO of Allendale and SERVPRO of Greater Holland family in February 2022 as a technician and was officially promoted to his current role in April 2025.
• He has successfully completed the SERVPRO HeroReady Production Technician learning path.
• While not working, he likes to paint, hangout with his girlfriend, and play video games.

Assistant Project Manager

• Bill joined the SERVPRO of Allendale and SERVPRO of Greater Holland family in June 2018.
• He has successfully completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Program (ECTP) and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician and Successful Subrogation I Course.
• As a Restoration Technician, Bill was instrumental with large commercial mold remediation losses as well as other aspects of cleaning and restoration. In October 2020 he was promoted to Job File Coordinator, and recently was promoted again to Assistant Project Manager.
• He keeps busy with family activities and enjoys sports, video games and comic books. He lives in North Muskegon with his wife and two kids.

Assistant Project Manager

• Antany joined SERVPRO of Allendale and SERVPRO of Greater Holland in June 2018.
• He started out as a production technician and was quickly promoted to Restoration Technician in Dec 2019. He was promoted once more in April 2026 to his current position.
• Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) include, Water Damage Restoration Technician, Successful Subrogation I Course, and the SERVPRO Employee Certification Program (ECTP).
• He lives in Muskegon and enjoys relaxing and catching up on Law & Order episodes when he's not working.

Reconstruction Assistant Project Manager

Restoration Supervisor

• Dave has been with SERVPRO of Allendale and SERVPRO of Greater Holland since June 2007 as a Certified Technician and was promoted to Restoration Supervisor in February 2021.
• He has been involved in and led numerous large loss projects in commercial facilities.
• Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) include, Water Damage Restoration Technician and he has completed the Successful Subrogation I Course.
• Dave resides in Muskegon and has four children. He loves ALL things related to hunting.

Restoration Supervisor

• Liam joined the SERVPRO of Allendale and SERVPRO of Greater Holland family in October 2022 with previous remediation experience. He was promoted to supervisor in March 2025.
• He has successfully completed the SERVPRO HeroReady Production Technician learning path.
• Liam is very easygoing, eager to learn, and is willing to do anything asked of him.
• Water damage restoration and demolition are his strong suits currently.
• Liam resides in Twin Lake with his girlfriend and twin baby girls after moving from Vegas. Work and taking care of the girls fills most of his time.

Restoration Supervisor

• Kimberly joined the SERVPRO of Allendale and SERVPRO of Greater Holland team in May 2018 as a technician. She was promoted supervisor in November 2025.
• Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) include, Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician and Successful Subrogation I Course. She has also completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Program (ECTP).
• She lives in Muskegon with her three children. When not spending quality time with them, she enjoys playing hockey.

Restoration Technician | Shop Manager

• AJ has been a part of SERVPRO of Allendale and SERVPRO of Greater Holland since July 2020. He added Shop Manager title in April 2026.
• He has successfully completed the SERVPRO HeroReady Production Technician learning path.
• AJ is an avid sports fan, and enjoys fishing, hunting and restoring vehicles in his spare time.

Restoration Technician

• Perry has been with SERVPRO of Allendale and SERVPRO of Greater Holland since April 2021.
• He has successfully completed the SERVPRO HeroReady Production Technician learning path.
• Perry comes to us from San Diego, California with 11 years of restoration experience under his belt. He is always eager to pick up after-hours shifts and is the definition of hard-working.
• He was born in the Philippines, loves kayaking and hanging out with his rescue dog.

• Hazel became part of the SERVPRO of Allendale and SERVPRO of Greater Holland family in February 2025, and she's been taking her job very seriously ever since.
• No one walks through the door without being welcomed by her, usually in exchange for a few well-earned pats or scratches.
• When she's off duty, Hazel enjoys relaxing with her family in Spring Lake. Whether she's chasing birds, squirrels, or the occasional fly, she's always on the move. She's even learning the ropes of life as a boat dog!
