Vice President

• Joined the SERVPRO family in 1997 in production and quickly moved into a managerial role until purchasing the SERVPRO of Allegan/Barry/Van Buren Counties franchise January 2020.
• Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) include, Applied Structural Drying, Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning and Journeyman Water Restorer.
• Completed the RRRP - Lead-Based Paint Activities and Renovation, Successful Subrogation I Course and Bio-Remediation training.
• Council-Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor through the American Indoor Air Quality Council.
• Lives in Zeeland with his spouse, Laurie, and their seven children.
• Enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family.

Human Resources Manager

• Laurie has been a SERVPRO spouse for over 20 years until January 2020 when she became an owner of the SERVPRO of Allegan/Barry/Van Buren Counties location.
• Received Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) for Water Restoration Technician.
• Lives in Zeeland with her husband, Jeremy, and their seven children.
• Enjoys spending time with family, beekeeping and gardening.

Production Manager

Mike transferred to SERVPRO of Allegan / Barry County and SERVPRO of Southern Holland & Van Buren County to lead our production team in March 2020, bringing over 10 years of SERVPRO restoration experience. He holds certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control Technician, Carpet Cleaning. Mike has also completed the RRRP - Lead-Based Paint Activities and Renovation and Successful Subrogation I Course. He resides in Norton Shores with his wife and two daughters. Beyond work and family life, Mike enjoys going to concerts, drawing, photography, and is a talented and an experienced tattoo artist.

Office Manager

Over 10 years of clerical and customer service experience makes Nancy the perfect fit as our Office Manager here at SERVPRO of Allegan / Barry County and SERVPRO of Southern Holland & Van Buren County. She has a strong work ethic and is known around the office for her attention to detail. In her free time, Nancy enjoys kayaking, crocheting, and spending time with her family and friends.

Business Development Executive

Taylor comes to us at SERVPRO of Allegan / Barry County and SERVPRO of Southern Holland & Van Buren County from working in the medical industry, bringing with her a strong sense of care and compassion. She actively represents our company at local community events and Chamber of Commerce gatherings, fostering relationships with local businesses and clients. In her personal time, Taylor enjoys spending time with her sons, painting, and being with her family.

Administrative Assistant

Kathy lives in Gobles with her husband. She has six children and seven grandchildren. In addition to spending lots of time with the grandkids, Kathy enjoys gardening, watching the backyard bird activity, and camping.

Restoration Supervisor

Jordan became a part of the SERVPRO of Allegan / Barry County and SERVPRO of Southern Holland & Van Buren County team in 2020. Since then she has played a big role in our water mitigation emergency services as well as fire restoration. Jordan has successfully completed the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) for Water Restoration Technician and Successful Subrogation I Course. She also has IICRC certifications in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor control. Outside of her responsibilities of mom life and her work at SERVPRO, she loves to spend her time disc golfing and gardening.

Restoration Supervisor

Mike joined our SERVPRO of Allegan / Barry County and SERVPRO of Southern Holland & Van Buren County team, with extensive background in property maintenance and canine care, in 2021. In the time since, he has successfully completed the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) for Water Restoration Technician and Successful Subrogation I Course. Mike has an excellent attitude, is a good teammate, and provides a big impact on our after hours emergency water restoration. He spends his free time enjoying the outdoors, along with spending time with his girlfriend and dogs.

Restoration Supervisor

Griffin joined SERVPRO of Allegan / Barry County and SERVPRO of Van Buren County with a plumbing background from OAISD. He has earned his IICRC Water Damage Restoration certification and completed the 10-hour OSHA Construction Safety & Health course. Griffin is well rounded in all aspects of Cleaning and Restoration and excels in emergency water mitigation, demolition, and fire restoration. He is also a member of our Commercial and Residential Large Loss Team. In his spare time, Griffin enjoys watching sports and playing video games.

Restoration Technician

Casey joined SERVPRO of Allegan / Barry County and SERVPRO of Van Buren County with a background in customer service. He contributes in all areas of restoration and cleaning, and excels in demolition. Casey enjoys helping others. When he’s not working, he enjoys playing video games and pursuing his passion for cars.

Restoration Technician

Clayton joined our team in 2020 with a background in electrical and sports turf management. He has a positive work ethic and is known for his willingness to help others when needed. Clayton plays a big role in water and fire restoration for SERVPRO of Allegan / Barry County and SERVPRO of Southern Holland & Van Buren County. He attended Michigan State University, enjoys watching and playing sports in his free time, and loves cheering on the Spartans!

Restoration Technician

Corbin is one of the newest additions to our team here at SERVPRO of Allegan / Barry County and SERVPRO of Southern Holland & Van Buren County. He has quickly demonstrated that he’s a great fit and a valuable teammate. Corbin promptly distinguished himself in demolition and is also focusing on training in all aspects of cleaning and restoration. Outside of work, Corbin enjoys hiking and playing disc golf.

Restoration Technician

Easton came to SERVPRO of Allegan / Barry County and SERVPRO of Southern Holland & Van Buren County with a solid customer service background. He has also brought along a great attitude and a strong work ethic. Easton is a very fast learner and excels in both fire cleanup and communication. In his free time he enjoys playing basketball, appreciating the scenery and nature of the outdoors and spending quality time with his girlfriend.

Restoration Technician

Gabe joined our team in February 2025. Gabe has six siblings and was a three sport athlete in high school playing baseball, football, and bowling. In his spare time, Gabe enjoys fishing, hunting, and playing video games. He has a construction background, and is a strong player in water mitigation and demolition. Gabe has a very positive attitude and a good sense of humor.

Restoration Technician

Taylen became a member of the SERVPRO team in 2025. His hobbies are thrifting, going to
concerts, and working out at the gym. He enjoys relaxing with friends and his dogs. He gives great customer service and pays attention to the details. Taylen helps others to the best of his ability and is always looking to learn something new.

Marketing Support Coordinator

Lotus is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Political Science and Interdisciplinary Studies. Lotus actively represents us around the community at various outings and heads up our social media and online marketing. In her spare time she enjoys reading and playing trivia!

Greeter

A native Ohioan, Sugar joined SERVPRO of Allegan / Barry County and SERVPRO of Southern Holland & Van Buren County in July 2024 and is currently undergoing training in various areas. She has quickly mastered commands such as sit, shake, and lay down. In her free time, Sugar loves playing outside, receiving belly rubs, and taking rides in the car and golf cart.
