Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Marymount University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. This educational background, coupled with years of hands-on experience, equips Nick to deliver unparalleled service to clients.

Garrison Hughes

A graduate of Old Dominion University with a degree in Business Management, Garrison brings over 10+ years of industry experience to his role. Joining SERVPRO 8 years ago and becoming an integral part of our franchise since the beginning of 2023, Garrison's tenure with us reflects his unwavering commitment to our team and our clients. Justin Buhl
Meet Justin, our dedicated Production Manager at SERVPRO. Joining the SERVPRO family in 2014, Justin brings a wealth of expertise in construction, remodeling, and finishing to his role. As the leader of our dynamic "On the Field Team," Justin ensures that every project is executed with precision and excellence.
Beyond his commitment to restoration, Justin is an avid outdoorsman, finding solace in the pursuits of hunting and fishing when he's not on site. A passionate football enthusiast, he proudly supports the Baltimore Ravens, cheering them on during each season.

Meet our Project Manager, Noel! He has been a part of our team since 2025 and is a mitigation specialist who is fluent in Spanish.
He is a family man who loves spending time with his 4 children and wife, going to the movies, and spending time with nearby family.
Alexis Nieto
Meet Alexis Nieto, our Project Manager! He has been with our company since 2020 and has worked his way up from a Tech to a Project Manager. He enjoys being outdoors in his free time by going camping and traveling. One of Alexis's favorite places to go is Puerto Rico.
