My water heater leaked into my master bedroom, which required the ceiling fan to be removed and a portion of the ceiling removed for remediation. Jeff did did an excellent job replacing the effected area and ceiling fan. He showed great attention to detail with the painting and ensured the area was perfectly clean after the job was done. I also recommend Martine Moralez and production manager Terrell Sturgis for their responsiveness and professionalism.

We had water damage on the floor and carpet. Yuli came to our home with Sparky. They dryed the floor and carpet with fans and a humidifier. Yuli was very courteous and helpful. She and Sparky got everything dry. I was very satisfied with the excellent service I got from Servpro.

We recently reached out to Servpro of the Lower Shore to help in our roof replacement project. A layer of cedar shakes had to be removed, and we knew it would be a mess in our attic. Ian Haney came out and evaluated our attic "collection", helped clear out unneeded stored items, and then he and his helper came back and spent nearly 2 days cleaning out the cedar shakes that had fallen in. During this process we found them to be courteous, efficient and hard working. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Had an issue with my roof. Ian came out diagnosed the issue and provided me with clarity on how to fix the issue. Ian went above and beyond with his service. Ian was available for any questions or concerns I had prior to and after the service date. Ian epitomizes customer service.

Called them because we had a mold stain on our carpet. The technician came the next day and after discussing possibilities, went on the roof and diagnosed the problem as a leak in the roof to that spot. He said to verify that was true and get a roofer to repair it. He spent over a half hour here and did not charge me anything. I highly recommend them.
