Jeff Holland
Jeff Holland is the owner of SERVPRO of Baltimore's Inner Harbor, SERVPRO of Howard County, SERVPRO of Washington County, and SERVPRO of Carroll County. He has been the heart and soul of our SERVPRO family since 2015 and is very involved with each of his departments and individual employees. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Commercial Drying. Jeff's also has an MHIC License and certifications in EPA Lead Renovator, Commercial Restoration Training, Reconstruction Business Consideration, and Franchise Management Training. Jeff is an avid Ravens fan and loves to take trips to Ocean City with his family.

Keith Whalen
Keith joined the Restoration Industry in 2013 and joined our SERVPRO family in 2017. After retiring as a firefighter/paramedic, he still found the drive to help and serve fire victims. Navigating a new industry was not an easy task and there was so much to learn, but one constant was that the process must include empathy, integrity, and provide victims with education to make informed decisions. SERVPRO checked all of those boxes and was the best platform for him. His initial contribution to SERVPRO was the introduction of Rebuild Services to the Howard County Franchise. That division was created on the same principles above and focused on helping people make informed decisions as they navigate the process. In 2019, he was promoted to the Director of Operations, overseeing SERVPRO of Howard County, SERVPRO of Baltimore's Inner Harbor, SERVPRO of Washington County, and SERVPRO of Carroll County. Keith enjoys volunteering to coach kid's sports, non-profits, and loves his Baltimore Orioles!

Aaron has been with our office since August of 2019 and is a Project Manager in our Rebuild Department. He has 22 astonishing years of experience in the restoration industry and it shows in his work ethic and leadership! Aaron is a big family man, loves to go hunting, and has a very unique interest in beekeeping.
