Meet Our Team

Jeff Holland is the owner of SERVPRO of Baltimore's Inner Harbor, SERVPRO of Howard County, SERVPRO of Washington County, and SERVPRO of Carroll County. He has been the heart and soul of our SERVPRO family since 2015 and is very involved with each of his departments and individual employees. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Commercial Drying. Jeff's also has an MHIC License and certifications in EPA Lead Renovator, Commercial Restoration Training, Reconstruction Business Consideration, and Franchise Management Training. Jeff is an avid Ravens fan and loves to take trips to Ocean City with his family.

Keith joined the Restoration Industry in 2013 and joined our SERVPRO family in 2017. After retiring as a firefighter/paramedic, he still found the drive to help and serve fire victims. Navigating a new industry was not an easy task and there was so much to learn, but one constant was that the process must include empathy, integrity, and provide victims with education to make informed decisions. SERVPRO checked all of those boxes and was the best platform for him. His initial contribution to SERVPRO was the introduction of Rebuild Services to the Howard County Franchise. That division was created on the same principles above and focused on helping people make informed decisions as they navigate the process. In 2019, he was promoted to the Director of Operations, overseeing SERVPRO of Howard County, SERVPRO of Baltimore's Inner Harbor, SERVPRO of Washington County, and SERVPRO of Carroll County. Keith enjoys volunteering to coach kid's sports, non-profits, and loves his Baltimore Orioles!

Aaron has been with our office since August of 2019 and is a Project Manager in our Rebuild Department. He has 22 astonishing years of experience in the restoration industry and it shows in his work ethic and leadership! Aaron is a big family man, loves to go hunting, and has a very unique interest in beekeeping.

Bethaney is one of our star Sales and Marketing Representatives. She started at our office in 2015 and has stuck with the Restoration Industry ever since. Bethaney loves music, spending time with family and friends, and doing anything creative and out of the box!

Project Manager - Rebuild Division

Brittany Long is a valuable asset to SERVPRO Team Holland, where she has thrived as a Job File Coordinator since 2021. When she's not expertly managing files and coordinating tasks, you'll often find her engrossed in a captivating book, showcasing her love for literature and storytelling. Additionally, Brittany is certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and embraces her inner adventurer in the virtual realm, enjoying epic quests in World of Warcraft during her leisure time.

Donna Digman is the Sales and Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Baltimore's Inner Harbor, Howard County, Washington County, and Carroll County. She has 15 years of experience in the restoration industry. John Solter has been part of the Restoration Industry since 2010 and joined our SERVPRO family in 2019 as our Fleet/Facility Manager. John is licensed in Powered Industrial Trucks, and has his OSHA 10 license. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family and going out shopping with them!

Project Manager - Rebuild Division

Mason Grossnickle has been our Director of Operations since 2023 and is a vital part of our office workflows and procedures. His leadership and problem-solving skills make him an invaluable asset to our team. In his free time, Mason likes to be outdoors going hunting and fishing, riding motorcycles, playing numerous sports, and attending concerts.

Cleaning Technician

Paul is one of our dedicated Crew Chiefs. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in: Water Damage Restoration and Carpet Cleaning. He has been a vital part of our team since 2016.

Terrie Caudle is a Fire/Water Technician at SERVPRO Team Holland. She has been a team member since 2018, where she helps restore properties. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and animals. Terrie's dedication to her job and her close personal bonds make her an essential part of our SERVPRO family.

Tyler Dailey is a dedicated technician at SERVPRO Team Holland, bringing his expertise and commitment to the team since 2022. When he's not diligently handling restoration projects, you can find him watching football games or spending quality time with his family.
