After some very heavy rains, we found 4" of water in our finished basement from a failed sump pump. We were devastated. We had heard good things about SERVPRO of Milton/Braintree so we called that day. We were so fortunate to have Chris assigned to our case. He came out on a Sunday and started the cleanup process. The staff communicated regularly with updates. In addition, we were provided an honest assessment of what steps we should take and the staff even came out at hours outside the typical work day to accommodate our schedules.
