On Friday ServPro cleaned the downstairs apartment at my son’s house. The girls that came were Najwa and Ruperta. The downstairs had not been used for 9 years. The bathroom was in rough shape. The walls & ceilings needed to be washed as well. They worked so hard cleaning and even cleaned the blinds. The girls were there 6 1/2 hours !!! The whole apartment is so amazingly clean and the bathroom is sparkling like it was brand new. I highly recommend ServPro of Bridgewater and Sharon !! Don’t hesitate !!! We couldn’t be more pleased. 5 Stars are not enough. We give it a 10 star rating !!

Gage, Antonio, Ricky, Tim, and Bob were all great to work with! They were apart of the mitigation team after we had a water leak from our hot water tank. They were all very communicative and helped us understand the process with our home insurance. Everyone was super nice and worked very fast. Would use this company again for any mitigation needs!

ServPro hit the nail on the head for what my basement needed. I experienced two floods over the past several years and although I'd cleaned out the damaged material, the floor and walls needed a good deep cleaning. I called ServPro in Bridgewater, Mass. and met with Jay at my house for a fantastic estimate. Very pleased with the price. Today Gage and Antonio showed up and spent all morning and much of the afternoon giving my basement the deep cleaning it needed. Gage and Antonio were very friendly and professional, very knowledgeable about what they did and organized about how they approached the job. They were quick to answer any questions I had and their communication was excellent. Seriously, I cannot say enough of the peace of mind the team from ServPro gave me. Wally, Rich,Jake and Jeremy came to assist a cleanup this morning in our basement. These guys came from Massachusetts to help victims of Hurricane Helene. They have been in NC for three weeks and haven’t slowed down at all. Wally and Rich were in our home multiple times and both were personable and professional. They are an efficient pair who care about their clients. They helped breathe health back into both my wife and me. Jake and Jeremy were carbon copies of the first two, but were only in our home once. The pride these guide have in maintaining a fast, professional working pace was contagious. I’d recommend others to learn from these people. They made a difficult situation a great experience for us!

Tony and his crew were the absolute best helping me with flood mitigation. Very attentive thoughtful explained everything they were doing and even did more than I expected. His crew Richard and Michelle were friendly polite and meticulously tidy. Hopefully I won’t need them again but if I did I would request them highly recommend the service and the crew.
