Servpro in South Shreveport is who we will always go to if we have any cleanup problems in future. We had a leak in our bathroom water line that we didn’t notice till the morning after it started. Servpro came out within 30 minutes of our call, quickly assessed the damage and immediately started literally stemming the tide. Thanks to their actions the damage was limited to wet carpet and baseboards but no damage to our walls or furniture. They vacuumed first and then employed fans and heaters to dry the carpet out. They checked on the floors every day till it was completely dry. No mold no smell no mildew. We were relieved and grateful.
