These guys were fantastic! Had a bad pipe burst overnight and water was everywhere. Called them at 6 AM on a Sunday and they had a crew at my house within 90 minutes. They were professional, explained everything clearly, and worked fast to extract water, dry things out, and prevent mold. The place looks better than before the flood. Highly recommend if you ever need emergency water damage help!
I had called Serv-Pro because we have a very large house, and over time it became too large for my wife and I to maintain. We are considering selling the house and downsizing, but need to clean out before putting the property on the market. Now to what the Serv-Pro crew did for us. Richard and a Hispanic assistant arrived on time with the proper cleaning equipment, including a HEPA-filtered vacuum (any other vacuum would have just blown small particles about). They asked before unplugging electronics, before moving valuable items, and about anything where their understanding was not crystal clear. Then they efficiently did everything possible to ensure my satisfaction when th their work. I am VERY pleased with the work that Serv-Pro did. - Thank you!
