SERVPRO of Downtown and South Baton Rouge Commercial Services

I had the pleasure of dealing with Will Rogers and Jonathan Rogers with Servpro for my businesses fire remediation; This was the first time I had experienced a disaster like this in business, so I was very anxious and stressed about the process of restarting. The entire team put my fears and mental state at ease 100%; Professional, organized, very informative and transparent with all aspects along the way, efficient & fast; Very genuine and kind too, made this entire situation easier to process. The business looks better than ever and it has helped me see newfound potential from a disastrous event. I feel very grateful and fortunate to have been connected with Will and Jon's Servpro team.

Tyson is very professional and does great work!

I recently used SERVPRO for fire damage cleanup and repair, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Going through fire damage is extremely stressful, but their team made the process smooth, professional, and reassuring every step of the way. They responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the cleanup and repairs, and did an amazing job restoring everything. The quality of work and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. I especially want to recognize Brittany Mouton, one of the workers, for making the experience so much better. Brittany was professional, compassionate, and incredibly helpful during the entire process. She answered every question I had, made sure everything stayed on track, and genuinely cared about making things easier for my family. Her communication and customer service were exceptional, and she helped turn a stressful situation into something manageable. I highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone needing fire damage cleanup and restoration services.

Great experience from start to finish. The team responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and handled the water damage professionally and efficiently. They were respectful of my home and kept me informed the whole time. Highly recommend. Huge props and kudos to a Mr. Owen, and a Mr. Richard!

These guys were fantastic! Had a bad pipe burst overnight and water was everywhere. Called them at 6 AM on a Sunday and they had a crew at my house within 90 minutes. They were professional, explained everything clearly, and worked fast to extract water, dry things out, and prevent mold. The place looks better than before the flood. Highly recommend if you ever need emergency water damage help!
