In August of 1990, while serving the United States Army, owner Jack Drouilhet started his career in the Restoration Business in Lake Charles, LA. Here at SERVPRO of Lake Charles we strive to give excellent customer service as well as compassion for our customers who are meeting us at probably one of the most difficult times in their lives…Disasters. Whether from Fire/Smoke, Water Damage or Mold Damage. Now our services also include RECONSTRUCTION.

Servpro took care of the cleanup of a sewer overflow situation in our office building. They were here quickly and cleaned/disinfected the wet carpet. They set up blowers to dry the area overnight and the next day it was fresh and clean. The price was fantastic as well for the work performed. Thanks Ben Drouilhet & Team! 5 stars!
