About Us

Our owners Ed Aydlett and Donald Legg have spent years building our credibility and reputation throughout Bossier and its surrounding areas. With decades of serving our communities, we have established a broad inventory of recovery equipment and a large roster of restoration technicians with specialties in all niches of the industry to ensure every customer gets knowledgeable and expectation-exceeding results.

With a rich culture boasting all of the traditions and history of Louisiana in the Greater Shreveport and Bossier areas, we have thousands of businesses, homes, and historical properties that depend on our prompt response to emergencies. Having a vast network of personnel and equipment can help us to instantly address large loss incidents with effective mitigation and recovery solutions that save our customers money.

We do not stop with mitigation, remediation, abatement, and restoration, however. We value our subcommunities and the city of Bossier because we live here too. We know that the work we do helps our neighbors, our colleagues, and our friends. Our team works to improve these communities with more than just restoration, but also giving back through local organizations, programs, fundraisers, and non-profits designed to help those in our communities that need it the most.

Our SERVPRO of Bossier team has a 24/7 response to all emergencies and disasters that can affect the homes and businesses throughout our area. With a commitment to readiness amid emergencies, we can quickly network our resources to provide every property the extensive care and attention it needs to return to pre-loss condition and to make it “Like it never even happened.”
