I would like to personally give a big “THANKS” to SERVPRO employees Robyn, Angela, Brittany, Travis and a couple others for their assistance in helping to clean our house and getting it ready for painting. They also cleaned items such as furniture and any other things that had soot settled on them. AGAIN THANKS
Excellent service from this company. They cleaned all of our vents throughout the house (even crawling under to reach some vents unattainable from the inside). Dustin was quick to come and assess. His team (Mark and Dani) were prompt and hard working (and super nice).The service took longer than expected but I appreciate them not cutting corners to make sure the job was done well.

About Us
Co- Owners, Julie and Tony Roberts and Mike Parsons teamed up eleven years ago to start a SERVPRO in Berea, Kentucky. They were friends long before they were SERVPRO Co-Owners. Tony and Mike grew up together and even traveled to college at the University of Kentucky together. They all three have a passion for the SERVPRO industry that they loved so much --they decided to share it with each other. After owning two other franchises, Mike, Tony, and Julie partnered with their longtime best friend, Dustin Chaney. Dustin is now their partner in the new franchise SERVPRO® of Henderson, Webster, Union McLean and Crittenden Counties. Dustin, Mike, and Tony all grew up in Henderson, Kentucky. They cannot wait to start working in their hometowns with their friends and family --all while helping their hometown and the surrounding areas with their restoration needs.
