Patrick, Richard, Cody and Brandon are the epitome of what excellent customer service should look like for any business. We were very concerned about our pets during the cleaning process but our fears were laid to rest when the project manager and marketing assistant accompanied the technicians to our home to answer all our questions and relay the process in person. These technicians were extremely mindful of our family pets as they moved throughout our house cleaning our vents. The whole experience was quick, efficient and pleasurable. Would highly recommend this service.

Since 2011, Owners Dewayne and Lisa Cox have been working in the restoration business. As of 2021, they are now the proud owners of SERVPRO of Daviess County! They were happy to bring their prior knowledge to the Owensboro area, and are excited to serve this new community.
