General Manager

Stephen Gallimore II, along with his wife and six children, lives on a farm in Puryear, TN where they breed horses and raise chickens. He obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Agriculture with an emphasis in Marketing/Management from Murray State in 2014. Stephen loves his position at SERVPRO, which he has held for six years, because he gets to work with “an incredible network of individuals who are always ready to help.” He is also a member of TVCC in Paris, TN and a coach for Little League baseball and soccer. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, riding horses, and being on the lake.

Office Manager

Erica Gallimore, who is the wife of Stephen and mother of their six children, is a native of Covington, TN. She has worked in the insurance industry for eleven years and has now been with SERVPRO for six years. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education from Lambuth University in 2007. She is a member of TVCC in Paris, TN and enjoys singing on their praise team. Erica loves working at SERVPRO because they “help people on some of their worst days.” Erica’s outgoing personality and relationship-building skills are a vital part of our SERVPRO team.

Operations Manager

Ryan brings a decade of dedicated restoration experience, he oversees all operational strategies, field personnel, and project logistics. Having worked in nearly every position across the field throughout his career, Ryan possesses an understanding of the restoration industry at all levels. His technical expertise, leadership, and firsthand knowledge of mitigation and recovery operations ensure SERVPRO consistently delivers superior results and exceptional service on every job site.

JFC

With 4.5 years of experience as a Job File Coordinator, Amanda Swango specializes in precision and project organization. She is the backbone of the documentation process, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Outside of work, Amanda stays active playing softball and loves the beautiful chaos of life with her 5 kids!

Production Manager

With over 12 years of experience in the restoration industry, Randall Cox’s knowledge and expertise enables him to be an outstanding Production Manager, giving our customers comfort and confidence in his ability to evaluate their home or business. He is a native of Paris, TN, but currently resides in McKenzie, TN with his wife, Heather, who also works at SERVPRO. Randall loves to watch football and enjoy his wife’s home-cooked meals. Randall’s reliability and delegation skills enable him to lead the production team very efficiently for SERVPRO.

Production Manager

Katie is a certified Production Manager with WTR, ASD, FRST, OCT, TCST, and OSHA 10 Credentials. Experienced in overseeing restoration and projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Skilled in team coordination, job site supervision, scheduling, and quality control to deliver efficient, high-quality results.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining safe work environments, meeting deadlines, and supporting team productivity. Proven ability to manage multiple projects while upholding company standards and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, dedicated to family life, enjoying time with her husband of nearly 20 years, cooking, and relaxing by the pool.

Recon Manager

As Reconstruction Manager, I oversee reconstruction projects from planning through completion, ensuring every project is delivered with quality, efficiency, and attention to detail. I work closely with homeowners, insurance professionals, subcontractors, and our production team to keep projects on schedule while maintaining clear communication throughout the entire process.

Before transitioning into the restoration industry, I proudly served 21 years in the U.S. Army as an Engineer. That experience instilled a disciplined, solutions-focused approach to leadership, project management, and problem-solving—qualities I bring to every reconstruction project.

I am committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding customer service while helping clients navigate the rebuilding process with confidence. My goal is to restore not only properties, but also peace of mind by building lasting relationships founded on trust, professionalism, and integrity.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Sheena Davis. Together, we own Mocking Bird Catering, where we share our passion for great food and bringing people together through memorable meals. When I'm not managing reconstruction projects or in the kitchen, you'll likely find me hunting, fishing, snowboarding, or enjoying time outdoors with family and friends.

Recon Coordinator

Heather Cox serves as Reconstruction Coordinator, bringing several years of experience in the restoration industry. After 6.5 years in the mitigation department, she transitioned into reconstruction with a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle. She is well versed in Xactimate estimate writing and is known for her attention to detail and ability to navigate complex project challenges.

Recon Superintendent

Jessica brings over 20 years of experience in the reconstruction industry, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and service. She is a devoted mother of 6 and is deeply involved in her church community. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys playing softball and staying active, reflecting her energetic and team-oriented spirit.

Crew Chief

Michael Baytes is married to Maggie Baytes. Michael enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and riding horses. He is a great listener and problem-solver, which fuels his work in the restoration industry.

Crew Chief

Eric has been with SERVPRO for three years, currently serving as a Crew Chief. My role focuses on overseeing projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring high-quality restoration work is completed efficiently and professionally. I also have a strong understanding of the industry through both hands-on experience and daily operations.

My partner is also part of the SERVPRO team, which further strengthens my connection to the company and its mission.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, particularly fishing and participating in various outdoor activities.

Business Development Representative

Marc Moore brings years of hands-on experience in the restoration and roofing industries, helping homeowners and businesses recover from storm damage, restore their properties, and protect their investments with quality workmanship and trusted service. His background has given him extensive knowledge of property restoration, roofing systems, insurance claims, and customer care.

In addition to his professional career, Marc is proud to serve his community as a firefighter with the Puryear Fire Department in Puryear, TN. He is also a licensed EMT, demonstrating his commitment to protecting and serving others both on and off the job.

Whether responding to emergencies, assisting families after property damage, or volunteering in the community, Marc is known for his integrity, dedication, and willingness to help others. His passion for service, combined with his industry expertise, has earned him the trust and respect of those he serves.
