Michael and his team of professionals were top-notch. From day one, they were expeditious, professional, and communicative. I knew everything that was happening and when it was happening. They worked on my time-line allowing for the ebb and flow of my hectic schedule; I never felt pressured, rushed, or left-in-the-dark through the entire mitigation and restoration of my water-damaged basement. Additionally, he personally fought with the insurance company to ensure they accepted his quotr and proposal for a full, necessary restoration.

The folks at SERVPRO do live up to their slogan of "Making it like it never happened". When I found out in mid April that a burst water line in my kitchen had called extensive damage, I called SERVPRO. Their team members came and evaluated the damage and then worked hand in glove with my insurance company to first get the claimed approved. They then went to work to first tear out then damaged flooring and drywall. The remodeling left my kitchen as good as new. Their estimates were in line with what the insurance adjustor would allow so that I was out of pocket only my deductible of $1000 and $200.00 for a separate side job which I approved. When there was a delay in getting the check for the payment from my insurance company, they were patient and worked with me. Should I have any clients with a similar problem, I would not hesitate to recommend the services of SERVPRO.
