Since my wife has extreme allergies to pollen and mold, we had a company do an air sampling testing in our house. The test determined that in the basement there was evidence of inactive mold only needing high humidity to seed spores into the air. We had ServPro do a "HEPA Sandwich" the basement which required moving every surface (items, walls, ceiling and floor) to be "cleaned" and vacuumed . Also in the sump and water softener rooms to have unpainted wall areas painted covering mold viewable mold. This is the 3rd time they have done their magic and have always done a super job. They did the whole job while we vacated the house to eliminate any risk to my wife from and particles and odors the might be present on order being out of town. They did everything we asked and way beyond at a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for better service and meeting out special needs. Call them with confidence. Thank you ServPro of North Elkhart.

Servpro did a great job taking care of water damage to our home. They were quick, professional and courtesy. They worked well with insurance to make certain coverage was provided for loss. Chuck spear headed everything. I would use again.

SERVPRO of North Elkhart County My father and I are extremely pleased with our recent time spent using SERVPRO of North Elkhart County during October of 2023. Our situation was a bit complicated, in that we came from out of state to handle estate affairs for a recent death in the family, which were compounded by unresolved estate affairs from another death in the family two years prior and needing to prep the house for yet another family member to return home from a nursing facility. At the house, the basement was that of a hoarder situation and the main level of the house was also quite dirty and cluttered. I knew I could clear and clean much of the main level, but the basement and the deeper cleaning needed on the main level were going to be far beyond my ability with the time we had to be there. Owner Terry and General Manager Joe (both very warm and friendly) came out to do a walk-through and assess our needs. They were very cognizant about trying to make sure they would be arranging services particular to our needs and not just offering a blanket suite of services. They never said as much, but they clearly managed to move their schedule around quite a bit in order to accommodate starting work very shortly after we accepted their estimates due to our shortened schedule of being from out of state. They came for the walkthrough on a Tuesday, sent us estimates later the same day, which we accepted; a dumpster was dropped off on Thursday; work began Friday. The day-to-day work was overseen by Carol, who was very personable and attentive and provided additional assistance over and above. She stayed in constant contact making sure there were no issues arising and that we were happy with the progress, as well did Joe. The labor crew and sub-contractors were all very pleasant and respectful of the house and also offered extra assistance over and beyond as well. Of particular note, even though our hoarder was not emotionally attached to the mess in any way (which allowed for very fast progress), the crew still moved with measure to be on the lookout for personal effects and other items I requested to be watched for. They managed to find a Purple Heart that had been issued to my grandfather during his time in the 12th Armored Division in WWII France and Germany, as well as service patches, other medals and old photos. I was so proud of them that I asked to take a group photo, which they humbly obliged. The last day we were there almost seemed too quiet and lonely with all of the crew gone. We very much appreciate the effort that was put into this job and everyone’s hard work. We would heartily recommend this franchisee to anyone that needs their services.
