Meet Our Team

Buddy joined the SERVPRO of Bloomington team as general manager in July of 2021. He has decades of experience in the construction and restoration industries and holds a variety of industry certifications.

Scotty Harvey is our Director of Construction Services. He oversees all aspects of the reconstruction phases of our ongoing commercial restoration projects.

Dave serves on our reconstruction, business development and customer relations teams. Dave spent decades growing and expanding his own business before joining our team of professional restoration and reconstruction leaders.

Ric serves as our Manager of Construction Services and is highly skilled when it comes to estimating construction jobs for our clients and insurance partners. His training and experience in the field helps expedite the reconstruction process for all involved.

JD is our construction project manager, where he works to ensure our customers' homes and businesses are restored to preloss condition.

Dylan, who serves as our Construction Division Estimator, joined the SERVPRO team in April 2022. His experience in the restoration business and technological abilities allow him to serve our clients as they navigate the reconstruction process.

Jamie is an inside construction project coordinator for SERVPRO of Fortville, McCordsville, New Palestine. She works to keep our reconstruction projects on schedule and running smoothly.

As our Construction Division Administrative Coordinator, Ana keeps our construction staff scheduled, organized and works directly with our clients and insurance partners. Ana is efficient and always ready to help at a moment's notice.

Logan serves as one of our carpenters in our reconstruction division. He works to build back our customers' homes or businesses, following the mitigation process.

Krystal serves as the manager of marketing and business development for SERVPRO. She joined our team in May of 2022, after spending nearly 25 years as a local news reporter and journalist.

Matt joined the SERVPRO team in 2024, adopting the role of Public Sector Business Development Representative. Matt works closely with area first responders to ensure they know how much SERVPRO supports and appreciates the work they do.

Gary serves as our business development representative, but represents various roles in our franchises. His years of experience and expertise in the business are invaluable to our team of restoration experts.

As the Director of Mitigation for SERVPRO, Eli is highly trained and holds a wide variety of industry certifications to make sure our clients are always receiving the best possible service.

As the Mitigation Production Coordinator for SERVPRO of Fortville, McCordsville and New Palestine, Maria specializes in fire cleanup and restoration. She holds a variety of certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

Derek is a project estimator for SERVPRO of Fortville, McCordsville, New Palestine. He works alongside our project managers to evaluate projects and create accurate estimates for our customers.

Debra serves as our contents project manager. With several years of experience in the restoration field, she ensures our customers' contents are restored following a disaster.

Josh is a mitigation project manager for SERVPRO of Fortville, McCordsville, New Palestine. He works closely with our customers to ensure their homes and businesses are restored to preloss condition.

As the Mitigation Project Manager for SERVPRO, Cory has a variety of construction and mitigation experience. He is trained and certified according to industry standards and provides excellent service to our clients.

Macie is a mitigation project manager, where she uses her expertise and experience to ensure our customers' homes and businesses are fully restored following a disaster.

Fernando is a mitigation crew chief for SERVPRO of Fortville, McCordsville, New Palestine. He works closely with our customers to ensure their homes and businesses are restored to preloss condition.

Daron joined our SERVPRO team in June 2022. He has experience in the mitigation field and holds a variety of certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

Ty is a mitigation crew chief. He works closely with our customers during the mitigation process on their home or business to ensure it is restored to preloss condition.

Ty is a member of our mitigation production team and works closely with our customers as they recover from a disaster in their home or business.

Ian is a member of our mitigation production team and works closely with our customers as they recover from a disaster in their home or business.

Cassie serves as our mitigation job file coordinator, where she works in tandem with the mitigation team to complete job reviews and audits.

Mallorie serves as a job file coordinator, working closely with our insurance partners and mitigation teams to ensure a seamless process for our customers.

Amanda W. serves as our chief financial officer for all of our SERVPRO locations in Indiana and Illinois.

As one of our financial analyst and accounts payable team member, Brittany T. brings a lot of experience, expertise, management and professionalism to the financial side of our SERVPRO operation.

When it comes to restoring and cleaning contents for our SERVPRO of Fortville, McCordsville and New Palestine customers, Megan takes great care as our Soft Contents Manager. She leads the charge in working to save our clients' most loved possessions.

Hillary serves as the Dispatch and Call Center Manager for our SERVPRO teams. She is often the first voice our customers hear when they call SERVPRO for assistance, bringing a feeling of calming reassurance to our customers.

Madison serves as our administrative operator for our dispatch center, where she is often one of the first voices our customers hear when they call us for help.
