Meet Our Team

Jason is the Owner of SERVPRO. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Water Damage Restoration, Carpet and Upholstery cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control. When Jason is not working at SERVPRO, he enjoys camping with his wife and children when they are not participating in sporting events.

Tim is the General Manager at SERVPRO of Floyd County, East and South Louisville. He spent the first several years of his SERVPRO career working in a variety of capacities ranging from franchise support to commercial sales at the SERVPRO National Headquarters in Gallatin, TN. This experience allowed him to engage with many successful SERVPRO locations across the country and learn from some of the most talented and knowledgeable professionals in the industry. Through this exposure, he developed a strong understanding of SERVPRO’s best processes, practices, and the restoration industry as a whole.

In 2023, he joined SERVPRO Team J. Wilson as General Manager, relocating to the Louisville area from Tennessee. He considers himself truly fortunate to work alongside an exceptional owner, Jason Wilson, and to help lead a skilled management team and dedicated staff across all areas of the operation. He remains committed to delivering the highest quality service in the industry—especially when customers are experiencing their greatest time of need.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, being outdoors, and exploring local flea markets in search of unique treasures.

Tim is the Operations Manager of SERVPRO and has over 7 years of experience in the industry. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Water Damage Restoration, Carpet and Upholstery cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration and Odor Control. When Tim is not working at SERVPRO, he enjoys backpacking with his children.

Tammy is the CFO / Office Manager at SERVPRO of Floyd County, East and South Louisville.

Alison is the Director of Marketing at SERVPRO of Floyd County, East and South Louisville, bringing experience in marketing, business development, finance and outreach. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician.

When Alison is not working, she enjoys spending time with family at the lake, golfing or just being together.

Brandon is the Construction Division Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Floyd County, East and South Louisville.

Shane Isaacs is the Commercial Large Loss Coordinator at SERVPRO of Floyd County, East and South Louisville, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience in large-scale commercial mitigation and reconstruction. His background includes managing complex projects across commercial and industrial sites, as well as government facilities. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and children, making the most of family life and fresh air.

Shawn is the Fire & Storm Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Floyd County, East and South Louisville. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Contents Processing, Trauma & Crime Scene, Applied Structural Drying Technician, and Water Damage Restoration. When Shawn is not working at SERVPRO, he enjoys spending time with his wife & kids. Watching his kids play sports, and going fishing with his brother & Dad.

Jordan is the Contents Manager at SERVPRO of Floyd County, East and South Louisville. He holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Contents Processing, Water Damage Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying. When he is on his own time, Jordan enjoys golfing with friends and spending time with his family.
