Not only are Delana & Adam Hare the owners of SERVPRO of Jackson & Jennings counties, but they are also involved with the everyday workings. Delana might talk with you on the phone or scope your fire damage. Most days Adam is on your water or fire damage hauling equipment or contents. These working owners understand the importance of making it "Like it never even happened."

Kim is our "always smiling" highly talented, relationship-building marketing aficionado! When she isn't driving to our amazing clients to see how they are doing, she is chatting with potential new customers and making sure that everyone in our community knows that we are #HeretoHelp!

John is a hard-working, vital member of our team. His resourcefulness and determination are topped only by his helpful spirit and willingness to do anything that is needed at any given time.

Eric is a valued member and manager of #TeamColumbus! His knowledge of the industry and experience is vital to our teams success. Fun fact - he loves to cook and has brought our team some amazing food.

Adam is one of the owners here at SERVPRO of Columbus. He has several years of experience in restoration and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Applied Structural Drying Technician, Water Removal Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician

Josh is a valued member of our SERVPRO team! We appreciate his hard work, ability to work closely with our customers and his constant smile! He is IICRC certified in Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying and Applied Microbial Restoration Technician.

Nina is a Production Technician for SERVPRO of Columbus. She is always smiling and says that she enjoys the simple things in life. In her spare time, she is passionate about interior decorating. She also enjoys going to car shows in the summertime and hanging out with friends.

Mimi is Crew Chief for Production here at SERVPRO of Columbus. Her drive and attention to detail, and her care for our customers is apparent each and every day. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
