I am currently in a skilled nursing facility for a fractured knee and femur. I was recently discharged to my apartment, for home care, although I could not walk. I went days without being able to move. I also needed to move out of my apartment by June 30. I was overwhelmed and anxious, having to schedule different companies for different tasks. Then I called ServePro and Jocelyn took over when I mentioned the other companies and tasks, telling me that ServePro could do everything. She is a cheerful, efficient professional who gets things done. They used an air scrubber to clean up the bedding and discarded everything including the mattress. Since I couldn't be there, Jocelyn stayed in touch by text throughout the process which was such a relief. Her judgment skills are outstanding! She sent a few texts of things they would discard and I would have done the same thing. No worries! The technicians were so fast, it's obvious that they are experienced in delivering the highest quality of services with the fastest turnaround possible. I would also like to mention Sam, the owner and Jessica, who both helped explain how it all works and got me in touch with Jocelyn. They are a true team at this ServePro facility and it shows. The entire time I felt like they cared about me and wanted to help me. If you need disaster, moving, biohazard waste cleanup plus other services, I highly recommend giving this ServePro a call.

Last September I was working with Jocelyn at Servpro -Uptown location on cleaning my back patio. She was wonderful and worked to make it affordable for me. Despite her help, I never hired them. My mom suddenly passed away in the midst of our negotiating my back yard situation. So, I just canceled everything. None of that mattered at that moment. Not only was Jocelyn understanding and empathetic, she SENT ME FLOWERS - and I didn’t even give her my business. I can’t express how touched I was by her care and kindness. This wasn’t about business, it was about being a good human. We need more companies and people like this in our country, with a focus on kindness, decency, and people over profits. I am now scheduling multiple jobs with Jocelyn and the Uptown ServPro office and looking forward to it! I didn’t know they do remodeling too! *********UPDATE************ I had a mouse issue...lots of mice. They had been centrally located in my laundry/furnace room. I immediately called ServPro Uptown and planned the cleaning with Jocelyn. They did an excellent job. Every item in my crowded laundry/storage room was taken out, cleaned and disinfected, then returned to the room. They sanitized all the affected areas and I cannot tell you how much better I feel. More than anything Jocelyn and the team were extremely responsive with any issue I had and she made sure that her team was trained in the proper way of doing things. Their customer service is the best I've experienced in any service company I have ever worked with.

Team did a good job cleaning up water after a kitchen flood

Sam and the ServPro team at Uptown Buena Park did a tremendous job with mitigation and remodeling. Not only was Sam and his team extremely efficient but always available for questions or updates. When going through an emergency that displaces you out of your home it can be an immense stress dealing with insurances, hotels, contractors, etc. I can easily say that Sam alleviated a lot of that stress by making the process smooth and clearly outlining the step by step process. They also helped expedite the project to get me back home as soon as I needed. The work completed, which includes flooring, drywall, painting looks fantastic and highly recommend them for any work.. emergency or otherwise!

We had an emergency situation when our sewer backed up, and this cleaning company was able to squeeze us in right away for a full cleaning and sanitation. Their team was incredibly efficient and responsive during a very stressful situation. While they may not be the cheapest option, the quality of their work and the speed with which they handled everything made it absolutely worth it.
