Meet Our Team

Tim Maguire is the Owner of SERVPRO of Quincy. He has been involved in the business for many years and has a passion for helping those in their time of need. Tim has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC): Water Removal Technician and Applied Structural Drying Technician. Tim's work and care for others has been noticed by the community. He and SERVPRO of Quincy were recently awarded the Better Business Bureau's 2019 Torch Award for Ethics.

Steve is a Construction Technician. He really enjoys working on people's homes. He says, making their dreams into reality and making them happy is something he takes great pride in. When not working he loves spending time with his wife and daughter, along with their pets Snickers and Sylvester.

Brianna is an office secretary. She has been learning everything since joining us. She enjoys working as a Team to help people in need. She has been the 1st point of contact for customers and agents, as well as, adjusters. When not at work she enjoys cooking authentic Mexican food and traveling. Her favorite place to visit is Santa Ana, California. She also has a unique pet snake, Versace.

Cathy is a Production Technician and head of our Laundry Department. She likes that she gets to do something different every day and has the satisfaction of helping someone who has had misfortune in life. When not at work, Cathy enjoys time with her husband, Mark, and their children, Christopher, Jacob, Jordan, Parker, and Bindi. Also their grands, River, Emy, Jason, Mima, and Juni. Crafts and cake decorating are also hobbies she enjoys.

D.W. is a Production Technician. He takes satisfaction in taking care of customers and restoring their homes and businesses. When not working, he enjoys hunting, golf, and disc golf. He loves spending time with his wife Gretchen, their son Hayden and the family pet, Opie.

Charlie is a Construction Crew Chief. At the end of the workday, he likes being able to step back and see the fruits of his labor while making happy customers. When not working, he enjoys woodworking, fishing, and being a Grandpa. He has 2 daughters, Natalie and Lauren. He also has a dog, Minnie, and a cat, Bobby.
