Our Servpro team did a great job on the mitigation process in our daughters home. I don't normally do reviews but I believe this crew needs to be recognised. Our first call was Stanley Steemer. That ended up being a big mistake. 2 weeks after they claimed everything was dry the smell remained. We called ServPro and they discovered several areas that were still wet and found black mold. Our tech, Nick, talked us thru the entire process, was here daily to check readings and was very respectful of our home and our loss. Every firm needs a "Nick". He was absolutely the best. Side note, if a guy name Renee comes to your home, don't let his attitude tarnish the ServPro name. Request a new rep. He was the worse. No homeowner needs a kid to walk into their home and claim they need to RIP stuff out. He was cocky, cold and disrespectful.
