Servpro was the perfect choice to clean out a hoarders house. This house was infested with mice, bed bugs and ants. It's was totally discusting. I called another company after Servpro. Servpro did the job quicker. The crew had a list of what the owner was looking for. They came out with anything they had on the list and anything valuable looking. The crew was quick and amazing putting up with that mess. We tried to clean and knew it was to much. I called for professional help and they are it. If you need and honest trustworthy company this is the place. They are worth every penny. They got the job done in 3 days. This crew was amazing! I can't Thank them and Servpro enough. How they tackled some of the removal is amazing. I attached collaged before and after pictures. Some of the singles photos are rooms I just didn't take before photos. Communication was excellent as well. I was informed about everything. Mary did a great job texting and calling me. Excellent service.

The team was excellent and the job was well done. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was rarely possible to get much advance notice of when (day and time) each next step was to be done. Knowing that would have been helpful to me but, in the end, all went well.

They were on site within 30 minutes of calling. They were absolutely amazing to work with. Cleaned out the flood, boxed and bagged all of our belongings, cut out the contained dry wall all in 2 days. We would not have been able to get back to normal without them. Amazing team.

When a sewer back-up flooded a basement of my rental house, I contacted ServPro of Park Ridge to come in and clran up and remove the water.
