We hired SERVPRO to clean a car for us. We own an auto body business. There was a dead mouse/rat at some point in the car and caused a terrific odor. The estimator came right away, told us what needs done, they completed the work and it went very well. 

I manage a video games store in Coralville. The building next door had a fire.  SERVPRO came in and cleaned up and removed the odor from the building.  It was a great experience. They had a nice and professional crew.  They bent over backward for us.  In less then a week we were back up and running.

December 27th we had sewer backed up in our basement. After calling SERVPRO I couldn’t believe how quick Kelly and his team responded. There work was quick, efficient they all worked as a team I was very impressed. When the contractor came out he made the comment “you can sure tell you had the A team at work here. A representative from that team was here every day to take readings on how things were drying. I truly cannot say enough about this crew.

They did a fantastic Job, very quick to respond when I called. I can not say enough to express how great Logan was, he was very professional and went out of his way to take the time to explain the whole process to me and as new new property manager that was great. Mike was the supervisor and he also was professional and polite. Other staff were John and Nick they were professional as well. The staff were so helpful and quick to get me help.  I will absolutely recommend SERVPRO to other property managers and my friends.

My experience with SERVPRO was very pleasant. We had a fire at the apartment complex that I managed in the middle of the night about 3 am.  I reached out to SERVPRO in the middle of the night and in short time they arrived and immediately started remediating the damage.  They worked really well with our sub contractors as well. Very Pleasant Experience.

We had a very odd construction situation come up and we had to have two floors of a large hospital building opened up unexpectedly for a tour.  We called in a rush and talked to Billy, SERVPRO's General Manager, at 7 pm on a Sunday night.  Billy met with me right away on Monday at 8 am.  The next day he had 30 people there to do a post construction cleaning of two floors of a new hospital building.  The employees that were leading the crews were exceptional and knew their stuff and didn't ask a lot of questions.  They got it done and we were very pleased.
