Billy Brymer is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Downtown Honolulu. He understands all aspects of the position, having started as a technician and working his way up to Management. His IICRC certifications are WRT, ASD, and Commercial Drying. Billy's moto is "always here to help"!
Dana Palumbo
General Manager Dana Palumbo earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. With over 15 years of management experience spanning the retail and restoration industries, she has a strong background in overseeing operations and leading teams. She began her career at a local insurance company, working in the auto claims sector, and advanced to become a senior field property adjuster before joining SERVPRO®;.
Michael Shanaberger
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael Shanaberger brings a wealth of knowledge in new home sales, marketing, and construction management. In his current role as Reconstruction Manager, Michael manages four Project Managers, who collectively oversee over fifty projects each month.
Heather Brymer
Heather Brymer is our fire cleanup Crew Chief. She brings 7 years of professional cleaning experience to the position, both in residential and commercial applications. She has an attention to detail approach to everything she does, which shows in the results she gets. She is truly the best at what she does!
