My house was flooded during Irma and after the reconstruction was completed I called SERVPRO, I thought I needed to get my tile floors sanitized since I babysit my 9-month-old granddaughter who is now crawling. I want to give a big THANK YOU to SERVPRO of Waycross, Hinesville & Douglas for their Amazing help when my washer hose burst and caused major damage in my kitchen, dining and formal dining area. While I was in "panic mode" their crew arrived and took care of placing and running the drying and dehumidifier machines immediately and explained everything that would be taking place thereafter. I specifically want to thank Jim Gaglardi and his crew, Joe, his Supervisor for their constant support throughout this situation. I cannot tell you how many times I contacted Jim with so many questions about the situation, next steps to take, what was the process after the next thing, you name it, I called Jim!! He always returned my calls, no matter what!! If he didn't have an answer or know what the next step or process was going to be at that moment he would definitely find out and call me back that day with an answer or update. Customer Service like that is very rare these days, and that was not only EXCELLENT, but was above and beyond what was called for, based on the situation! SERVPRO came highly recommended as the only company to call when home disasters hit in our area. Our home's first floor filled with four inches of water due to the brake of the washer's drain pipe. SERVPRO arrived soon after the call and took over transforming what we saw as an overwhelming disaster into a calm, logical process to save as much as possible not only of our belongings, but of the walls and floors. SERVPRO had all the state of the art equipment and professional employees needed to do a great job at the house. I highly recommend SERVPRO if or when disaster hits your home or office.
These guys are on point! Joe Lovell is great. He came out and met with us on Sunday evening and had guys here working Monday morning. Our house is a wreck but these guys have gone above and beyond trying to get our house on the road to recovery. Thank you Joe and all the guys from SERVPRO.
We had a leaky air vent that went unnoticed for days. The carpet was completely saturated! JJ came that same day and got it fixed right away. No smell, no mess! He was polite and easy to work with. Highly recommend SERVPRO!
Very professional job! Efficient and quick work. I had a few rooms in my house flooded by a leak in my master bedroom toilet they worked me and my realty company to access the house in my absence and kept me informed along the way. I definitely recommend them and will use them if I ever have any need for their skillset.
