Meet Our Team

Michelle is the Finance Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Marietta West and is also the Accounting Manager. She came to SERVPRO with twenty years of experience in accounting and business management. Through her years at SERVPRO she has proven herself an indispensable team member and has shown herself a great steward of SERVPRO's finances. In her spare time, Michelle and her husband love watching their sons baseball games and also enjoys watching the Braves. Her family also has several pets including three dogs, a hamster, a turtle and a fish. On the rare occasion she has time to relax, she likes to watch a couple of episodes of "Criminal Minds".

Matt has been part of SERVPRO of Marietta West for 10 years and now serves as our Human Resources Manager. He started his SERVPRO career in Sales & Marketing before moving into leadership, but found his true calling in HR — supporting our team, building culture, and helping employees succeed. With a background in logistics, e-commerce, and technology, Matt brings both people skills and problem-solving know-how to the table.

Outside of work, Matt is a proud dad to his 12-year-old daughter, who means the world to him. At home, life is a little livelier thanks to his two dogs — a fluffy Great Pyrenees named Willow and a lovable rescue pup named Blue. When he isn’t helping his team at SERVPRO, you can usually find Matt hiking with his dogs, cooking or grilling for friends and family, hunting, or diving into the latest tech projects.

Dustin’s journey with SERVPRO of Marietta West is one of growth and dedication. Starting with little experience, he’s worked his way up to Mitigation Department Head, bringing over 10 years of knowledge in the restoration industry. As an IICRC-certified Water Restoration Technician, Dustin’s passion for helping others shines through is in everything he does.

But what truly drives him is his family. He’ll be the first to tell you that every long day, late-night call, and challenge he takes on is for his wife and their three kids. When he gets a rare break from work, you’ll usually find him behind the grill, cheering for the Atlanta Braves with his kids, or casting a line by the water with his wife. Dustin also enjoys hunting, working in the yard, and taking on DIY projects to make his house feel even more like home.

Ethan Robinson has been part of the SERVPRO family for 6 years, and in that time he’s become the kind of person everyone looks forward to working with. Born and raised in Augusta, GA, Ethan is a devoted husband and proud dad to a daughter and a son. Family is everything to him, whether it’s taking the kids to the aquarium, spending time with their grandparents, or just being present for the little everyday moments.

Ethan enjoys a good workout, but even more than his strength, it’s his personality that stands out. He has a gift for getting along with everyone he meets and keeping people laughing no matter the situation. And while his loyalty to the Pittsburgh Steelers might stir up some friendly debates, Ethan’s sense of humor and easygoing nature always win people over. He’s also a natural mentor for the mitigation team, always willing to share his knowledge, encourage his teammates, and set an example through his work ethic and positive attitude.

Carl Facchini is the Construction Manager at SERVPRO of Marietta West, where he brings over 11 years of restoration experience and more than a decade in the construction field. Originally from New York, Carl carries both his strong work ethic and his love for the Yankees with him wherever he goes.

With certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WTR), Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSR), and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMR), Carl’s expertise runs deep. But beyond his skill set, it’s his leadership and dedication to helping customers rebuild that make him such a valued part of our team. Whether he’s managing complex projects or cheering on the Yankees, Carl puts his heart into everything he does.

Ken brings over 20 years of construction and mitigation experience to the SERVPRO of Marietta West team. Known for his superb customer service skills, Ken approaches every restoration project with a big heart and an eye for detail. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering on The Jets with his wife and son — and he’s never shy about sharing his strong (and entertaining!) opinions on bagels.

James is the Mold Manager at SERVPRO of Marietta West and a trusted resource for customers with concerns about mold, mildew, or other microbial growth in their homes or businesses. With his deep knowledge and approachable nature, James is the reassuring voice our customers need when facing stressful situations. Beyond his expertise, James is one of the most genuine people you’ll ever meet—and a true foodie. Just ask him about Atlanta’s food scene (but be ready for plenty of great recommendations!).

Hugo is the Contents Production Manager at SERVPRO of Marietta West, and he’s as smart, hardworking, and caring as they come. When water or fire damage strikes, Hugo and his team carefully handle your belongings from start to finish—packing, moving, cleaning, and restoring everything with precision and care. While the Production team focuses on restoring your home or business, Hugo ensures your possessions are treated with the same attention and respect.

Emily has served as the Accounts Payable and Receivable specialist at SERVPRO of Marietta West for the past two years, and she is truly one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. While her role requires precision and analytical skill, Emily also has a creative side. She’s an accomplished vocalist, talented guitarist, and gifted painter—bringing artistry and heart to everything she does.

Tayllor is a bright, uplifting presence in the office and always quick with a kind word or a hilarious comment to make everyone smile. Often one of the first voices you’ll hear after experiencing water or fire damage, she is compassionate and attentive, guiding our customers through every step of the process. From that first phone call to the final restoration of your home or business, Tayllor is dedicated to making the experience as smooth and reassuring as possible.
