⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first—and hopefully my LAST—pack-out, and I honestly didn’t know this service even existed until my condo flooded. The damage was so extensive that my entire home had to be packed up and moved out for demolition. Paris with SERVPRO Conyers/Covington was absolutely AMAZING! She came to my home for about 5 days straight, mostly working all by herself, with another team member helping her for one day. She packed out my entire house with such care and dedication. What stood out to me the most was her COMMUNICATION. Every day, she let me know when she arrived, when she was taking lunch, and when she was finished for the day. Anytime I had a question, she either answered it or found someone who could. That meant so much to me during such a stressful time. And let me tell y’all—one day she went to lunch and I jokingly asked her to bring me something back. She absolutely did! 🥰 That little gesture showed me what kind of sweet and thoughtful person she is. Paris, THANK YOU for all your hard work, patience, kindness, and dedication.
