We had a roof leak at our store that could have turned into a much bigger problem, but SERVPRO of Weston & Davie came through and did an excellent job. Amry Ahmed and Ramon were professional, responsive, and worked quickly to help contain the leak and prevent our store from flooding. They were extremely helpful, knew exactly what they were doing, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. We really appreciate their hard work and dedication. Simply put if you are facing a home disaster these are the people you need. They will exceed your expectations in every way and make the disaster disappear like it never happened. After a large fire in my home I had a chance to work with this team. On the remediation side Ahmed, Ray, Nereida, and Jose cleaned my entire house and belongings from top to bottom. Gutted the garage and painted it. They left the house spotless. They are such hard workers it is unbelievable and you just don’t see that these days. The only concern they had was making sure I was 100% happy with the work. They always far exceeded my expectations. I am not a person who leaves great reviews but they deserve it. The entire team pitched in including Russ the President who has been here twice to check on the job and was available by text for fast responses. Very nice guy very helpful and hands on. Chris the manager was there to take my calls and walk me through the process again super nice and tremendously helpful and patient. Blake the reconstruction manager was here to help with the reconstruction. He is very personable and very knowledgeable. He is willing to take the time to explain your options and what might work best. It was a true team effort as they all worked together to keep the job moving forward and in a timely manner. Honestly it is really hard to find a company that operates like this in this day and age.

Ahmed & Rai were on top of things immediately and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I know that we had a favorable outcome because of their due diligence. Ahmed explained every step that was happening and how things were looking. Rai made sure I was aware of the damage that was caused by the main pipe leak. Ahmed made suggestions that helped the process. Overall great team! Servpro is lucky to have them!

Supervisor, Blake Burge and Assistants Ceylene and Lisa were all very professional, pleasant knowledgeable and extremely helpful and very patient with all my questions and concerns and helped picked out all the necessary items to make our remodeled bathroom, beautiful and functional for my disabled husband. And the technicians who put in the tile in the walls and the flooring and took care of the mold mitigation were also very professional and polite and did a fantastic job!!!!
