The water supply line from an upstairs toilet broke, & the valve was frozen. By the time the water valve outside was able to be turned off, there was major water damage downstairs. George & Greg were at my place within an hour. They began extraction, set up fans, & dehumidifiers. Their quick & knowledgeable actions saved my townhome from major damage. I would highly recommend them for any water related issues!!
I had the misfortune of experiencing a leak in my warer pipe in the slab/foundation. A puddle of water in my living room. I filed a claim, my insurance carrier assigned SERVPRO to remove the water and prevent mold. SERVPRO sent George Jackson the same day I reported the claim. He was wonderful to work with. George explained everything he was doing and why. He was extremely polite and courteous. George was on time for each appointment. George had two different helpers each of them were equally pleasant. Before leaving George confirmed my next appointment. Moments after George left I also received a call from SERVPRO office confirming my next appointment. Excellent work! Louis and Ben were prompt, kind and professional every step of the way. Office called with an expected arrival time and they were here when they said they would be. They estimated to be a few hours and exceeded that by finishing sooner. Everything was covered up appropriately and cleaned. All areas of concern are nice, clean and fresh and ready for repair!
