THOMAS and ERIC of SERVPRO Wesley Chapel came to help after a pipe broke in our house sending gallons and gallons of water into our Master bathroom, bedroom, and downstairs bedroom, bathroom, and living room. It was quite a mess. These guys showed up very quickly on a Sunday, went to work, and professionally dealt with a potentially catastrophic water damage situation. They were incredibly respectful of our personal belongings, polite, efficient, and most importantly incredibly good at what they do. They worked diligently and tirelessly to set up fans and dehumidifiers, tape down cords, remove baseboards, flooring, doors, and even a large piece of ceiling in order to properly remediate the condition. My fiancé and I were very impressed with their skill and service, and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who suffers a terrible water leak in their home. Since I called SERVPRO right away, dealing with our homeowners' insurance has been much easier. They photograph and document what is needed by the insurance company to expedite the handling of the claim. They return to the property every 24 hours to assess the progress if drying, and ensure that the progress needed to mitigate further damage is going smoothly. MICHELLE came out the next day to check on our machines, and also worked very diligently to make sure our home was being dried out successfully. In 1993, Jeremy George responded to his first water damage call, and of course it was in the middle of the night. He was 13, and that summer job unexpectedly launched a career making property damage “Like it never even happened.”
In the decades since, Jeremy has responded to thousands of disasters, of every size and type, across Pasco County and Tampa Bay and even internationally, while building a mission-driven team that focuses on providing outstanding service with fairness and mutual respect. He is the owner-operator of six restoration franchises which include West Pasco, West Tampa, Tarpon, Wesley Chapel, New Tampa & Hernando County.
