Owner

Jimi is the Owner of SERVPRO of Vero Beach since 2010. He served in the military for 20 years and retired from the Army Special Forces in 2002. Jimi holds a degree in Business from Columbia College, a Masters from Nova Southeastern University and is certified in Water, Mold and Fire with IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification). He was the Regional Property Manager for Bank of America, Florida, where he managed over 9,000,000 sf of property. He has extensive knowledge in water, mold and fire restoration and remediation. Jimi is also very active in his Church as a leader and believes that the Love of Christ is to be shown at all times.

Accounting Manager

Ursula and her husband Jimi Tunstall are the owners of SERVPRO of Vero Beach. She was born in South Africa but has resided in Florida for the past 15 years. Ursula and Jimi together have 4 children and 9 grandchildren whom they adore. Her responsibilities include all administrative functions and accounting. Ursula’s job is to make it a great day at SERVPRO of Vero Beach! She is always willing to help where needed and to ensure that things run smoothly.

Ursula is also certified in IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification)

General Manager

Laura is our General Manager at SERVPRO of Vero Beach. She is a quick learner and a valuable addition to the office team since September 2020. She is an outdoor enthusiast and proud sports mom with a love for seafood. Water restoration expert certified by IICRC and safety ready with OSHA 10 certification. Level 1 Xactimate whiz and a Florida state Notary ready to make waves in the restoration world!

Administrative Assistant 

Tiffany brings both organization and heart to her role as Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of Vero Beach. With a professional passion for structure, efficiency, and clear communication, she ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly and teams stay connected. Her background includes administrative support at a local plumbing company, where she honed her skills in multitasking and client relations.

Originally from Ravenna, Ohio, Tiffany has a surprising talent for math and a deep appreciation for history. If given the chance, she would love to pursue historic restoration—even without a paycheck—because of her respect for preserving the past. Personally, she is passionate about the outdoors, traveling, and trying new cuisines, with sushi being a favorite.

When asked about her greatest accomplishments, she points to her children and the life she has built as her proudest achievements. Her commitment to both family and professional excellence makes her a valued part of our team.

Restoration Manager 

James previously worked in the remediation field, bringing his preceding experience with him. His biggest accomplishment is becoming a Dad to his three children, 2 boys and 1 girl. Also, if he could volunteer, he would enjoy doing anything that involves helping people. Being from Fellsmere, Florida it is no surprise that his favorite food is gator tail.

Restoration Technician

Jason leverages his experience from the packing warehouse industry in his current role, showcasing a keen ability to follow directions and a passion for his work. Hailing from Fort Pierce, FL, Jason is dedicated to his two children and has a love for pizza, BBQ, and gaming—he’d do it even if unpaid. Guided by his favorite quote, “No good deed goes unpunished,” Jason's commitment and enthusiasm make him a valued member of our team.
