Mike Webb brings an impressive 21 years of experience with SERVPRO and currently serves as Director of Business Development. With IICRC certification and more than two decades of restoration industry experience, Mike brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and a deep understanding of the needs of both residential and commercial customers.

For Mike, the most rewarding part of SERVPRO is seeing employees grow and prosper while providing an essential service to families and businesses during times of need. His passion for developing people and building lasting relationships has made him an important part of our team’s continued growth and success.

Mike is committed to strengthening relationships with businesses, property managers, community partners, and customers while connecting them with trusted solutions for water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, storm response, and commercial property restoration services. Hanna Wilson has been a valued member of our SERVPRO team for 2 years and currently serves as Assistant Office Manager and JFC. Since joining the team, Hanna has advanced quickly, demonstrating a strong work ethic, dedication, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities.

Hanna plays an important role in supporting our daily operations and helping ensure restoration projects move efficiently from the initial call through completion. Her organization, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service help us provide dependable water, fire, storm, and property damage restoration services to homeowners and businesses throughout our local community.

DeTavious “Tay” Campbell has been a dedicated member of our SERVPRO team for 7 years and currently serves as a Senior Crew Chief. Tay is IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certified, bringing extensive hands-on experience and industry knowledge to water damage restoration and property damage cleanup projects.

One of Tay’s favorite parts of working in the restoration industry is having the opportunity to help people during times of need. He understands that property damage can be stressful and takes pride in helping homeowners and businesses through the restoration process with professionalism, care, and dependable service.

Tay’s experience, leadership, and commitment to quality make him an important part of our restoration team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors.

Lex brings more than 9 years of experience as a Restoration Supervisor, with extensive hands-on knowledge in property damage restoration, reconstruction, water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, storm damage cleanup, and commercial restoration services.

As a valued member of our SERVPRO team, Lex helps homeowners and businesses throughout Lake County, Florida, recover from property damage quickly and efficiently. His industry experience, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship help ensure restoration and reconstruction projects are handled professionally from start to finish.

Lex is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout every project. Whether assisting with residential property damage or managing a large commercial restoration project in Lake County and surrounding Central Florida communities, Lex takes pride in helping local property owners restore their homes and businesses and get back to normal as quickly as possible.

Sujan Roberts has been a dedicated member of our SERVPRO team for 3 years and serves as our Gainesville Account Manager. Sujan is IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certified, combining restoration industry knowledge with a strong commitment to building lasting relationships with our customers and community partners.

Sujan’s favorite part of being with SERVPRO is working with clients and providing first-class service. She takes pride in being a trusted resource for homeowners, businesses, property managers, and local partners when they need professional restoration services.

Serving Gainesville, Florida, and surrounding communities, Sujan helps connect customers with dependable solutions for water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, storm cleanup, mold remediation, and commercial restoration services.

Josh recently joined our SERVPRO team as a Construction Project Manager, bringing valuable restoration and reconstruction industry experience from another SERVPRO operation. His familiarity with SERVPRO processes and commitment to quality service make him a great addition to our growing team.

In his role, Josh helps oversee property reconstruction and repair projects, working to ensure each job moves efficiently from the restoration phase through final repairs. He is focused on delivering quality workmanship, clear communication, and a positive experience for homeowners and businesses throughout Ocala, Marion County, and the surrounding Central Florida communities.

We’re excited to have Josh on board and look forward to the experience and dedication he brings to our restoration and reconstruction team.

Clark has been a valued member of SERVPRO Team Williams for 6 years and currently serves as an Estimator. With years of experience in the restoration industry, Clark understands the importance of providing accurate, timely estimates and helping customers understand the restoration process following property damage.

Clark is always ready to respond to our customers’ needs, bringing professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional service to every project. Whether assisting with water damage, fire damage, storm damage, or property restoration and reconstruction, he works closely with customers and our production team to help projects move forward efficiently.

His experience, reliability, and customer-first approach make Clark an important part of the SERVPRO Team Williams team.

Kyle is a dedicated Mitigation Technician and an important member of our SERVPRO team. He recently reached an exciting professional milestone by earning his IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification, further strengthening his knowledge and skills in professional water damage restoration.

In his role, Kyle works hands-on with customers experiencing water damage and other property emergencies, helping with water extraction, drying, cleanup, and the mitigation process. His commitment to learning, strong work ethic, and dedication to doing the job right continue to make him a valuable part of our restoration team.

Zee recently joined our SERVPRO team as a Crew Chief, bringing valuable restoration experience from another SERVPRO operation. He is IICRC certified and brings hands-on industry knowledge, professionalism, and a strong understanding of SERVPRO’s restoration standards to his new role.

As Crew Chief, Zee helps lead our technicians in responding to water damage, fire damage, storm damage, and other property restoration needs. He is committed to providing quality workmanship and dependable service while helping customers navigate unexpected property damage.

Austin has been a dedicated member of our SERVPRO team for 5 years, and during that time, his hard work, growth, and commitment to the restoration industry have earned him a well-deserved promotion to Crew Chief.

In his role, Austin helps lead our team in responding to water damage, fire damage, storm damage, and other property restoration emergencies. His hands-on experience and understanding of the restoration process allow him to help ensure each project is completed efficiently and with the high level of service our customers expect.
