Randy had 25 years of experience in the insurance industry before joining SERVPRO seven years ago. His initial role was in the marketing department and later Operations Manager in Louisville, Kentucky. After moving to Central Florida two years ago he joined SERVPRO of Sebastian as the Sales and Estimating Manager to a more recent role as General Manager. In his spare time he enjoys attending ballgames with his two grown sons, pickleball and golf.

I actually used SERVPRO of Melbourne. Dakota and Waynan (not sure of the spelling) were the crew that came to help us after our upstairs neighbor's rusted water heater poured through the ceiling and the walls. They dried out the walls, ceilings and floor. They also removed wallboard that would not dry and treated framing for mold prevention. Both men on the team were thoughtful and kind during this predicament. They were professional, efficient and not only on time but most often early each day. Thanks SERVPRO.
William and his SERVPRO team did a great job at my house. Water was cleaned up and the walls were all dried out.
A sewer backup in your home is a catastrophe just waiting to happen. It just happened to me and in five days, William Chesrnut and his co worker, William, had everything gross out of my home, sprayed and wiped and sanitized,all ready for their crew to come and replace walls, floors, cabinet, carpet. In those five days I went from being petrified and nervous to my calm and serene self. That didn’t happen only because of the work they did, but because they came everyday to check on things, always telling me what was going on, what was going to happen, and how it all worked. I was being reassured from day one that they were taking care of everything. Now that’s real SERVICE!!
