Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving 2024 my kitchen flooded. I called ServPro and they had a team on site within 2 hours. Following several days of dealing with the water damage it was time to repair the damage. ServPro construction group headed by Jim McGahuey and Haylee Herbert Roy assessed needed repairs, cost and managed the entire process. They are professional, detail oriented and most of all patient. We encountered a number of delays and setbacks during the process, none of which was attributed to ServPro, and they just kept with it, maintained a positive attitude and in the end I have a beautiful kitchen. I have no problem recommending ServPro and especially Jim and Haylee to anyone in a similar situation. Their motto is "Like it never happened" and that is what they delivered.
The girl Haylee who answered the phone was very nice and helped me understand how to handle the water situation I had. She sent DeWann to my home for an estimate and they were able to clean up the mess. Thank you Servpro.
