Looks like I have a nasty pipe leak somewhere in my home. State Farm sent Servpro to mitigate the home damage. Jose Carlos, Melvin, Jeremiah, Jefferson,and Carlos from Servpro came to my home over the last 2 days, and were all extremely professional, courteous, and honest. I was also very impressed that they all arrived within 1 hour of my call to State Farm! I can’t thank Servpro enough I was so stressed on how I was going to get this water out of my closet I called Servpro and Marlene answered the telephone she was very kind and savant as well as her colleagues Jeremiah and Jefferson they have done a phenomenal job removing the water from my carpet and they even helped me clean some of my personal belongings like my shoes and other items as well I really appreciate the kindness and hospitality from these two gentlemen it goes a long way and they did an amazing job I am very satisfied with the service again I can’t thank you guys enough 10 out of 10 excellent services and great people overall 👌
