Dear Mr. Coken, I seldom have occasion to write a letter such as this, but when I do, it's a pleasure. Your representative Bill T. came to my condo in Bal Harbour on August 7, had an estimate done on August 8 and upon receipt of lab results began work on August 21. Bill has kept me advised of their progress on a regular basis. The work was completed on Sept. 7 and the lab results today indicate that this project has been completed by SERVPRO.
