Meet Our Team

Samuel is our General Manager at SERVPRO of North Leon County. Since 2015, when he started his career with us as a Production Technician, he advanced to Crew Chief and then Production Manager. His experience in general contracting, welding, and even in horticulture has helped his vision on the General Manager's agenda. Samuel has led several Large Loss Projects in the Tallahassee and other areas of Florida in his previous role as Project Manager- further establishing his value to the SERVPRO brand. His training at the SERVPRO Corporate offices in Gallatin Tennessee has reinforced and fortified him for his current responsibilities. He is certified with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) in WRT & ASD.

Samuel, having been raised in Peru with his missionary parents, utilizes his bilingual ability to reach all segments of our service area. He still finds time to enjoy and nurture his 4 year old son his partner and her daughter, Jax. Samuel loves his job, and we are lucky to have him on our team.

Monica is our Office Manager and Customer Support Director as well! Her dad worked in the industry, so she grew up around it and his been a tremendous help to the team. After moving to Tallahassee from Indiana with their 3 children, she is happy to have escaped the cold a few years ago. She loves going to the beach and does not miss shoveling snow!

Aaron is one of our Production Managers, and he has over 15 years of restoration experience. He has been with SERVPRO for 3+ years- specializing in Biohazard, Mold Remediation and Fire Restoration. He holds the NORMI certification and is a Mold Assessor as well.

When he is not working, Aaron takes off with his girlfriend and her daughter Lily in their camper! Hiking and fishing are his favorite pastimes when he isn’t watching the Georgia Dawgs!

Jacari is a Water Damage Restoration Technician with our crew. He has extensive experience in demolition work, and is eager to grow his expertise in the restoration field with our team. He has 2 children and 3 siblings himself- giving him a lot of motivation for growth. In his free time, Jacari likes to make his way to the nearest ocean. We are excited to see what Jacari will do with our crew.

John is a Production Manager on our team who holds many certifications such as WRT, ASD, AMRT and Level 1 and 2 Xactimate. John brought his wife, 2 children and mother from Kentucky to join our team, and he spends all of his free time enjoying the blessings of family life.

Meet Jason! Jason is a water damage restoration technician on Team Kile. Born in Greensboro, he was raised with 4 brothers and spends most of his free time working on cars. Jason has been with our team for 4 months, and has poured immeasurable efforts into learning the ins and outs of restoration and mastering SERVPROS highly unique protocol and practices. We are lucky to have him on our crew.

Kendricks is seasoned vet in the restoration industry and a huge asset to Team Kile. He is a father of 5 from Havana, Florida and keeps is karma slate clean by adopting the quote, “what goes around, comes around.” Kendricks works as a restoration technician among our fire restoration and mold remediation team and is WRT, CPR, OSHA and SUI certified as well. He has been with SERVPRO for 3 years. We are blessed to have Kendricks on our team.
