For repairs and restoration my insurance agent said I could either choose who wanted or they had three companies they work with. I chose SERVPRO, which was one of those three companies.
Pleasantly surprised that shortly after my call Andrew arrived, mind you it was after 7:00pm and he set up many blowers and dehumidifiers. Then calmly and thoroughly explained the next steps. No question was too much. Very professional and attention to details. Cleaned up after each visit during the restoration.
Now I understand why my insurance company works with SERVPRO of North Lauderdale/West Tamarac.
Andy did an amazing job cleaning up after my water heater failed. He did not rush the job, gave me a very competitive price for the clean up and recommended an excellent plumber and general contractor that did amazing work for the rest of the work I needed. I would like to offer a word of warning. I had leaks and what looked like mold. I did not choose SERVPRO and went with another company that told me my insurance will pay for everything. Neither they nor I even know if I have mold coverage. They painted me a pretty picture and I bought it. SERVPRO tried to take it step by step but I chose the other company because I liked they were more aggressive. Now I am stuck. I should have gone with SERVPRO.
Just wanted to say how I loved the customer service I received when looking for a cleaning lady. I was hoping SERVPRO offered that because the water damage was cleaned up and I thought I could hire them for regular house cleaning, too. Well, they were so nice and even though they don't do regular house cleaning I will certainly keep their number and recommend them to my friends.
I needed someone reliable to clean my dad's air ducts. I was afraid to bring any random company in because my dad is elderly and at home alone. I liked that SERVPRO N Lauderdale/ W Tamarac has a background check on all employees. I felt safe having them come to my father's house. Not to mention they did a great job.
I called the company and spoke to Nathaniel about their carpet cleaning service. He was very professional and I made an appointment to have it taken care of.
