Hello Wonderful People… Your Amazing and Informative men were here this morning. My unit was FLOODED due to an under sink valve failure. Your head “tech” Roland was extremely considerate and respectful considering the duress I was in. You are very Blessed to have such astute employees who DO care about your customers and Roland was very informative, which helped me to understand what has happened and what the next steps that can or will/should be taken. These guys were great! It’s hard to believe how responsive the crew at the Daytona Beach branch office is. They just finished up at my house. Jeff, who initially went into my cramped crawlspace, spent a lot of time evaluating the problem for remediation. Talking with Jeff is like talking to an old friend. Roland, James, Gil and Xavier worked hard to get all the work done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. (Sorry guys if I missed any names). I want to emphasize that every concern I had was taken care of, not just with an explanation but with immediate action. Roland addressed issues on the fly as they came up and with the crew went above and beyond my expectations to resolve them. ServPro was very timely and knowledgeable. They quickly responded and removed all of the damaged drywall and areas that needed to be done. They removed all the carpets and quickly and got them out of the house. They did a great job of drying the areas that needed to be dried and followed up very well. I would definitely recommend them in the future.
