David has experience in business management, talent development, process improvement, and quality control after spending 16 years of his professional career in the finance sector with JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America. David and Lana started negotiations to acquire their first territory in November of 2014, and in 2015 they opened their doors for business for the first time. From starting at a small facility located in St. Augustine, Florida, they have been committed to bringing the community SERVPRO's premier restoration services. This franchise has grown from St. Johns County and Clay County, now to Flagler County and New Smyrna Beach.
