About Us
For more than 15 years, SERVPRO of Lake Nona has been the restoration and cleaning team that Lake Nona, Medical City, Meadow Woods, the Narcoossee corridor, St. Cloud, and surrounding Osceola County communities call when things go wrong. Owned and operated by Susan and Vern Boatman, this is a locally rooted business built on genuine relationships, community pride, and a deep commitment to the people and places that make this part of Central Florida so special. Susan and Vern aren't just business owners. They're part of this community, and that personal investment shows up in every single job their team takes on.
Lake Nona is one of the fastest growing and most exciting communities in the entire country. From the world-class medical facilities and research institutions of Medical City to the master-planned neighborhoods, the rural character of the Narcoossee corridor, and the established communities of St. Cloud and Osceola County, this territory covers a wide range of properties and people. All of them deserve a restoration company they can genuinely count on. Over 15 years, SERVPRO of Lake Nona has earned that trust one job at a time.
Some jobs remind you exactly why experience matters. When a significant flooding event struck Orlando International Airport, one of the busiest airports in the country and a critical piece of infrastructure for all of Central Florida, SERVPRO of Lake Nona was part of the response. Mobilizing quickly, working within the demanding operational environment of a major airport, and executing at a high level under pressure isn't something every restoration company can do. It's the kind of job that requires preparation, professionalism, and a team that doesn't flinch when the stakes are high.
Our services cover water and flood damage, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, emergency board-up and tarping, and commercial large loss events. We offer 24/7 emergency response because disasters don't follow a schedule and our customers shouldn't have to wait. Our technicians are IICRC-certified and backed by the full resources of the SERVPRO national brand, combined with the personal attention that only a locally owned franchise can provide. Whether we're helping a homeowner in Meadow Woods recover from storm damage or responding to a large-scale commercial loss at a major Central Florida institution, every job gets the same level of care, urgency, and professionalism.
Susan and Vern have spent 15 years building something real in this community. For them and their team, making it "Like it never even happened" isn't just a tagline. It's a promise they take seriously every single day.
